LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Police are investigating after a handgun and several construction and power tools were stolen from a north Lincoln property.
On Saturday, a 28-year-old Lincoln man told police that several items had been stolen from his car that was parked outside his home in the area of 7th Street and Fletcher Avenue.
Police said a loaded handgun along with a carbon fiber holster and multiple 9mm rounds were stolen from the vehicle. His wallet also appeared to be missing.
The last time the man was inside his car was on May 6 around 10 p.m., when he got home from work.
While there, police also took a report from a 49-year-old Wahoo woman who reported items stolen at that same address on May 9.
