LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — Authorities arrested a Lincoln man Tuesday before finding meth and fentanyl in his home, court records show.

Howard Dew, 59, faces three drug charges, including possession of more than 140 grams of methamphetamine and distribution of an exceptionally hazardous drug.

Investigators with the Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force contacted Dew as he left his north Lincoln home just before 8 p.m. He was taken into custody as investigators drafted a search warrant for his home.

They found $666 in cash on his person, police wrote. Inside the home, they found roughly 160 grams of methamphetamine and 37 fentanyl pills hidden inside a Dorito bag, according to an arrest affidavit. Police said a digital scale, paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana were also fo
