THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – A man was brutally attacked during a robbery in the Bronx on May 12, according to the NYPD.
Police said the 31-year-old victim was approached by a man and a woman on East 152nd Street around 2 a.m. One of the suspects allegedly pulled out a knife and started slashing the victim in the chest, according to authorities.
Police said during the slashing, the other suspect was accused of robbing the victim of his phone, wallet and sneakers.
The suspects fled the scene on foot, according to authorities. Police said the victim suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
