ATLANTIC CITY — Two Vineland residents were arrested Sunday night after police allegedly found heroin, cocaine, marijuana and MDMA during a traffic stop.
Clarence Shambry, 44, and Shanera Phillips, 30, were each charged with maintaining a controlled dangerous substance facility, four counts of possession of CDS with intent to distribute, five counts of possession of CDS, conspiracy, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of CDS paraphernalia and money laundering.
Both individuals were sent to the Atlantic County jail pending court.
Officer John Bell responded to a license plate reader alert at 7:45 p.m. that indicated the owner of the vehicle, identified as Shambry, had warrants for his arrest, police said.
