Henning, MN – The Otter Tail County SWAT team was called in to assist in the arrest of a Henning man for domestic assault.

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says that they received a call about a potential domestic assault in Henning early Monday morning. On the scene, deputies located a woman in a driveway with visible injuries. She was later treated by Henning Ambulance personnel.

Deputies identified a male suspect as 45-year-old Joseph Olson, at which point SWAT was called in for assistance. Contact was made with Olson, who initially refused to leave the home. After a short time, deputies say Olson voluntarily came out and was taken into custody.
