BALTIMORE —
The countdown to Baltimore's favorite arts festival is on with a new date and new location this year — and an all-new addition to help Baltimore artists.
The Scout Art Fair , a space inside the War Memorial, provides the opportunity for Baltimore-area artists to show off their work.
Visitors can see a preview of the art at 7 p.m. on Thursday, along with talking to the artists.
Akil Evans said the art fair is a gift to Baltimore-area artists.
"Reminds me of a convention or art festival for us to showcase our art, but also to invite the public and the collectors in. That's how the market thrives," Evans said.
