Warren Scott A NEW PLACE TO STAY — The Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce and Jefferson County officials joined the owner and staff of Ruffstic Pet Care for a ribbon cutting Thursday to celebrate its new location at 1406 Cadiz Road, Wintersville.

WINTERSVILLE — The owner of Ruffstic Pet Care said she is happy to be able to offer expanded space and services for area dogs and cats at the business’ new location at 1406 Cadiz Road.

Brook Goddard said she now can provide boarding space for up to 17 canines while also offering grooming, including hair and nails, for dogs and cats.

Goddard had opened the business not far away on Cadiz Road three and a half years ago.

A 1999 graduate of Edison High School, she is a licensed groomer and graduate of the Pampered Pets School of Grooming of Pitt
