Operators posted today that repairs have been made on the ferry. They will spend Thursday cleaning up, and they plan to be back in operation on Friday morning.

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON (5/28) UPDATE:

Operators posted late Wednesday that the Dorena-Hickman ferry will remain closed for at least the next week or more.

A mechanical issue shut down the ferry last Saturday, and has yet to be resolved.

According to their Facebook page, the Dorena-Hickman ferry will remain closed on Wednesday due to a mechanical issue.

TUESDAY UPDATE:

The Dorena-Hickman Ferry is still closed after mechanical issues forced it to cease operation on Saturday.

The mechanic could not come until Monday
