CATSKILL, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Traditional Greek dishes will soon be served in Catskill. Phos: A Greek-American Kitchen, located at 353 Main Street, is set to open its doors June 6.

Phos will be located in the former New York Restaurant space, which closed in October 2024 after nine years of service. According to new owner and chef Stephanie Skiadas, the space has been designed to get people excited about Greek cuisine and the culture.

"I come from Greek heritage and have always been inspired by the culture and my family," Skiadas said. "I really just hope to get people excited about Greek cuisine and express how great Greek food can be."
