WASHINGTON - The FBI has announced that it will investigate cases, some from the Biden-era White House, Deputy Director Dan Bongino announced Monday on social media.
Bongino, who's a former rightwing podcaster, then listed some of the cases the bureau will either "re-open, or push additional resources and investigative attention."

D.C. pipe bombing investigation
The backstory:
The FBI is still searching for the mysterious pipe bomb suspect who planted explosive devices near the RNC and DNC headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The bombings, which did not detonate, took place just hours before the violent insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
The FBI has assessed over 600 tips, reviewed about 39,000 video files and condu
