TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A total of 45 people were arrested in the past two weekends during a probation and parole compliance operation between multiple law enforcement agencies in Tulare County.

The operation was to identify and apprehend individuals who deputies said have outstanding warrants and other legal violations.

During the operation, the sheriff's office said 45 people were arrested, involving a wide range of crimes, including illegal possession of firearms, drug-related charges and active warrants.

In addition to the arrests, officials said they seized about six guns, along with illegal drugs. The drugs included both controlled substances and illegal drugs.
