OREM, Utah (ABC4) -- An Orem woman has been arrested and charged after allegedly blocking another driver with her vehicle to prevent her from leaving while experiencing road rage. Police found a 4-year-old child unrestrained in the back seat during the incident.

Jennifer Miho Arnold, 41, has been charged with felony reckless endangerment with a road rage enhancement, misdemeanor unlawful detention with a road rage enhancement, and a child restraint device violation.
