CINCINNATI (WKRC)— As May marks Mental Health Awareness Month, experts highlight the role of certain foods in combating stress and promoting brain health. Ruben Molina, Director of Dining at Life Enriching Communities, emphasized the importance of incorporating a variety of textures and colors into meals during a recent cooking demonstration.
"We also look for textures and different colors on the plate," said Molina.
