PRESIDENT Trump has pardoned reality TV stars Todd and Julie Chrisley who were jailed for fraud and tax evasion.

Trump ceremoniously delivered the news that the Chrisley Knows Best stars would walk free in a telephone call to their daughter Savannah.

Trump said: “It's a terrible thing but it's a great thing, because your parents are going to be free and clean.

"I hope we can do it by tomorrow. Is that okay?"

The TV power couple were found guilty of defrauding banks out of $30million and sentenced in November 2022, before being jailed in January 2023.

They have been appealing their cases ever since they were sentenced.

Julie had been serving seven years in Kentucky, while Todd Chrisley was banged up for 12 in Florida.
