DISCUSSION: Showers and storms will be possible today across East Texas. High temperatures will climb into the low to mid 80s with lows tonight falling into the mid to upper 60s. Additional showers and storms will be possible Thursday into early Friday before the rain moves out of the area. No widespread severe weather is expected, but a couple of storms could be on the stronger side. By this weekend, lots of sunshine and temperatures in the 80s are expected.
