UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, The Bronx (PIX11) -- A 13-year-old boy has been taken into police custody in connection with the deadly shooting of an innocent bystander in the Bronx, police say.

The teen faces charges of second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, and first-degree criminal use of a firearm, according to authorities.
