Kelly O’Donnell will lead NBC News ‘ coverage of the Justice Department , as the network announced her promotion today to chief justice and national affairs correspondent.
O’Donnell, who has been senior White House correspondent for the past four years, “brings three decades covering the White House, Capitol Hill and eight political campaigns to this new assignment, with the tenacious and precise reporting that has made her one of the most respected journalists in Washington,” Chloe Arensberg, NBC News’ Washington bureau chief, announced in a memo to DC bureau staffers.
O’Donnell will contribute across NBC News platforms, including NBC Nightly News , Today and streaming service NBC News Now.
