Eddie Kinuthia murder trial date set after three accused of killing Bristol teen

Three men accusing of murdering a teenager in Bristol almost two years ago will face trial in October, a judge has announced.

Eddie King Kinuthia was 19 when he was fatally stabbed in Grosvenor Road, near his home in St Pauls , at around 11pm on July 21, 2023.

Three men have been charged with his murder and appeared at Bristol Crown Court on Friday for another hearing into their case.

Zachariah Young, 26, from Easton , Paul Hayden, 21, from Hanham and Cartell Williams, a 28-year-old of no fixed abode, did not enter pleas to the charge of murder, and their trial has now been listed to start on October 6. The court was told the case has been scheduled for six weeks.
