WINTERSVILLE — Indian Creek High School held its 2025 commencement at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Students in the Class of 2025 who graduated summa cum laude are James Marshal Houser, Emma Doerr, Allison Rawson, Kyle Shultz and Caleb Zifzal.

The son of James and Sarah Houser, Houser is a Gold Key recipient, having earned a 3.5 grade point average for seven consecutive semesters; and was president of the National Honor Society and captain of the Academic Team and marching band’s drum line.

He was in the jazz band, school newspaper staff, Key Club, Foreign Language Club, student council and the swim, tennis, golf and cross country teams.

He earned an associate’s degree from Gateway Community College, from which he also will graduate summa cum laude; and plans to major in physics at Ohio State Univer
