Includes funding for pavement preservation

The Paradise Valley Town Council has approved a final town budget of $61.3 million — including a $46.9 million expenditure limit — for the upcoming fiscal year.

The final budget was approved at the council’s May 22 meeting on a 6-0 vote. Council Member Scott Moore was absent from the meeting.

The new fiscal year starts July 1.

The current fiscal year’s budget is $57.7 million with an expenditure limit of more than $45.6 million.

The 2025-26 budget includes more than $14.4 million in excluded expenditures such as investment earnings, grants and debt service that are not part of the limitation. Excluded expenditures for the current fiscal year are at more than $12.1 million.
