A limited liability company managed by Jacksonville attorneys Eddie and Chuck Farah is the new owner of the building at 5 W. Forsyth St. Downtown, the offices and showroom for Perdue Office Interiors.

According to documents filed with the Duval County Clerk of Courts, the Farahs bought the two-story, 19,196-square-foot building from ESME Holdings LLC on May 22 for $5 million.

ESME Holdings bought the building in August 2022 from POI Acquisition Corp. for $4 million.

A Delaware corporation with a Jacksonville address, ESME is led by Christy Frazier, former owner of Phoenix Arts district in Springfield.

POI, managed by Perdue Office Interiors President Vince McCormack and partners, purchased the building in 2016 from Downtown investor and developer Chris Hionides for $1.99 million.
