Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood bluntly delivered the news to Matthew Moulton , a 45-year-old resident of Walla Walla, Washington, as he arrived at Daytona International Airport after being arrested and extradited to Florida for allegedly emailing Chitwood death threats.
