ATLANTA — A case involving 19-year-old college student, Ximena Arias-Cristobal, who was mistakenly arrested by Dalton Police and later detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is now known across the state and even nationwide. The case is stirring debate and prompting action from several people in the community, including Republican State Representative Kasey Carpenter.
