INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man will spend over three years behind bars after pleading guilty to possessing a machine gun.

Queyoun Foulks-Smith, 20, was sentenced Thursday, May 29 to 46 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release.

According to court documents, on July 4, 2024, police found Foulks-Smith with a stolen firearm, loaded with a 50-round drum magazine and a machine gun conversion device.

The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives with help from the South Bend Police Department.
