BALTIMORE —
The Baltimore Ravens are underway with their second phase of a three-year renovation project at M&T Bank Stadium.
On Thursday, the Ravens took 11 News behind the scenes at the upgrades. A new gameday experience is in the works for the Ravens Flock.
There's also a new plan to bring fans in year-round. That plan centers around two large structures set to flank the gates at the North Plaza, one of which will have space for retail and hospitality, featuring a jersey customization shop. The other is an open-air tailgate and concert venue.
"We've gotten a lot of feedback from our fans wanting more diverse merchandise, things in the stores. So, this will give us the opportunity to do that," said Brad Downs, the Ravens' senior vice president of marketing.
