GILBERT, Ariz. — Six years after he helped lay the foundation for the Perry High School basketball program, which has won four straight boys basketball state championships, the school will honor Oklahoma City Thunder forward Jalen Williams , as he heads to the NBA Finals.
The school announced Thursday that it will rename the street that leads into the school, currently known as Perry Puma Way, after Williams on June 5. It will become known as Jalen Williams Way.
