The total reward for information leading to the capture of the two remaining escapees is ticking up. Through a collective effort, Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans leaders say the reward is now up to $50,000 per fugitive.
Crimestoppers is offering $20,000, while the FBI has pledged another $20,000 and the ATF added $10,000, bringing the combined reward total to $50,000 each for Antoine Massey and Derrick Groves. This increased reward was announced nearly two weeks after the mass jailbreak, where 10 inmates escaped through a hole behind a toilet at the Orleans Justice Center in Louisiana.
Eight of the escapees have since been caught, but Massey and Groves remain at large. Leaders have said they are considered the most dangerous of all the inmates who escaped. They say it's possible t
