The Florida Orchestra released its 2025-26 season lineup Thursday, and it will bring the star power of Morgan Freeman for a blues show, the return of “Wicked” star Cynthia Erivo and pops shows that celebrate Bugs Bunny and Billy Joel.

This will be the orchestra’s 58th season when it launches in September.

The orchestra also announced a new partnership with American Stage Theatre Co. and projectALCHEMY Dance Co. to produce “The Good Peaches” on Sept. 20 to unite music, theater and dance with the area’s longest-running professional theater company.

On Sept. 3, the orchestra welcomes back Tony-winning “Wicked” star Cynthia Erivo for a second performance, with the orchestra focusing on great vocalists throughout time, including Aretha Franklin.
