KENNER, La. (WGNO) — Police in Louisiana arrested a third suspect in the case of the Feb. 5 death of Adan Manzano, a Kansas City sports reporter who was covering the Chiefs during the Super Bowl in New Orleans.

According to the Kenner Police Department officers, 33-year-old Christian Anderson was taken into custody in relation to the death of Manzano.

Manzano was found dead inside a Kenner hotel room.

Previous investigations revealed Manzano was seen on surveillance footage going to the room with Danette Colbert who was ultimately arrested for allegedly drugging and robbing Manzano.

She was taken into custody after being found using his credit cards at multiple stores.

Results of Manzano's autopsy showed a preliminary cause being a combination of Xanax, alcohol and positional asphyxia
