GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The Green Bay Packers announced Friday that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will take place Friday, July 25, at 3 p.m.

This meeting will formalize the transition from Mark Murphy to Edward R. Policy as the role of Chairman, President and CEO of the Packers.

The organization will also present three candidates for shareholder vote to join the Packers Board of Directors: Timothy M. Bergstrom, Laurie A. Butz and Edward R. Policy.
