What this means remains unclear; however, an executive order signed by President Trump in April threatens withholding federal funds.

Ten Minnesota cities made a list of the 250 “Best Places to Live,” according to WCCO. The ranking by U.S. News and World Report has Plymouth listed as the 17th best city in the country. Maple Grove (40) and Eden Prairie (46) both made the top 50, with Woodbury (54) just behind.
