BOISE, Idaho — Boise State men's basketball boosted its 2025-26 schedule Friday by adding an intriguing opponent with plenty of March Madness memories.

The Broncos and Wichita State have agreed to a home-and-home series starting with a matchup inside ExtraMile Arena on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025. The showdown with the Shockers marks the first-ever meeting between the two programs.

Boise State is set to travel to Kansas in 2026 for a non-conference collision at Charles Koch Arena, where the Shockers tout a 265-61 record since 2003.

Wichita State finished eighth in the American Athletic Conference last season, winning 19 games overall and appearing in the National Invitation Tournament (NIT). Between 2012 and 2021, the Shockers qualified for the NCAA Tournament eight different times.
