Elon Musk claimed a black eye he sported at Friday’s press conference came from “horsing around with little X.”
A question about the injury came during a press conference at the White House with President Donald Trump. Musk initially joked, “I wasn't anywhere near France," a notable dig at French President Emannuel Macron, whose wife was caught on camera pushing him in the face earlier in the week.
He then said it was caused by his 4-year-old son X Æ A-12.
“I was just horsing around with Little X and I said, ‘Go ahead, punch me in the face.’ And he did. Turns out, even a 5-year-old punching you in the face actually does [damage].”
The Oval Office media event was celebrating Musk's last day of his tenure as a special government employee heading up the Department of Government Efficiency.
