A while back, Stafford Technical Center Director Melissa Connor made an offhand remark that they should have a Stafford-built podium.

"Yesterday, this came rolling into our office," she said, indicating the wooden podium from which she welcomed students, parents, and guests to the Stafford Technical Center awards ceremony in Rutland High School gymnasium Friday.
