LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Patrol officers with the 12th Street Division responded to a shooting call at 3010 South Cross Street at 5:38 a.m. on May 3.

Upon arrival, officers discovered 21-year-old Sergio Toney suffering from an apparent gunshot wound inside the home.

MEMS arrived at the scene and attempted to perform life-saving measures, but was unsuccessful, as Toney succumbed to his injuries.

On May 30, officers with the Little Rock Police Department arrested 18-year-old Brodie Hill and 20-year-old Dylon Andrews, both of Little Rock, on charges of Capital Murder.

Hill is also set to be charged with First Degree Battery.

This is an ongoing investigation and more details will be released as they become available.
