HANFORD, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - A teenager accused of being one of the suspects involved in a robbery at Hanford's Centennial Park was arrested Wednesday, the city's police department said.

Officers say they received a call regarding a robbery in Centennial Park at the 1400 block of Hanford Armona Road on May 23, just before 7 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers say they spoke to two victims, who reported that four suspects were involved in the incident, including the driver of a gray four-door sedan. The items taken from the victims were a purse and a silver chain.

Throughout the investigation, officers say the victim provided a specific physical description of one of the suspects, which led to the identification of a 17-year-old from Lemoore.
