DENVER (KDVR) -- While the Colorado Rockies are setting records for the worst start in the MLB season, fans are coming together with hopes to set a new record in the audience at Coors Field.
The group is calling for everyone named Ryan to fill a section of the audience at Coors Field on June 20. Their goal is to set the record for the most people with the same name in attendance at a baseball game.
It's one of many events that the group is holding leading up to their main goal of breaking the world record for the largest gathering of people with the same name, which was set when 2,325 people named Ivan gathered in 2017. Their largest event so far brought 600 Ryans to Los Angeles.
