Dare Schools announce pause of EOG tests due to technical issue

On May 28, the Dare County Schools sent this letter to school families.

Due to a statewide outage of NC Test, North Carolina’s digital testing platform, today’s End-of-Grade (EOG) tests were paused to ensure students are provided a fair testing experience. This technical issue has impacted public schools across the state.

Students who did not complete their test before the platform went down will be able to resume where they left off on a rescheduled date. Your student’s principal will share an updated testing calendar with staff and families later today.
