PORTLAND, Ore. — In a crackdown on crime in the city, Portland law enforcement units staged and executed a search warrant of a residence in which a couple was arrested, and drugs, cash, and firearms seized.

The operation took place during the early hours of the morning at the 1600 block of Northeast 66 th Avenue on 14 May and involved members of the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit, in coordination with the North Precinct Neighborhood Response Team, the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office, the Special Emergency Reaction Team, and the Crisis Negotiation Team.

Arrested were Patrick J. Rambert (46) and Brianna M. Streeter (31), both of Portland. Officers found that Rambert had an outstanding probation warrant for criminally negligent homicide.
