LOS ANGELES -- The Yankees concluded their nine-game West Coast road trip on a winning note Sunday, riding Ryan Yarbrough’s strong effort and DJ LeMahieu’s first four-hit game since 2021 to a 7-3 victory over the Dodgers, but they’ll head home with a pair of new injury concerns.

Outfielder Jasson Domínguez was removed from the game after sustaining a left thumb contusion while stealing second base in the fifth inning, and manager Aaron Boone said that closer Luke Weaver was unable to appear due to hamstring discomfort. Both players will be evaluated in New York during Monday’s off-day.

Domínguez downplayed the injury, saying: “I don’t think there’s much concern about it. We’re going to see [Monday] how it goes. Right now, I think there is nothing to worry about. … Right now, I’
