GIBSON CO., Ind. (WFIE) - We are continuing to follow Thursday’s triple murder in Gibson County.

According to jail records, the suspect is now facing an additional charge.

The Gibson County Jail website now shows 77-year-old Patrick Waite is charged with attempted murder.

Authorities say Waite was one of the people who called 911 after the shooting.

Deputies say when they arrived, they found two women and a man dead in the home.

They say another man had also been shot and badly hurt.

Waite is expected to appear virtually in court Monday.

This is when we could see what other charges could be filed against him.

Deputies also say the autopsies for those killed are scheduled for today.

Their names have not been released.
