The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) identified Mohamed Sabry Soliman as the man who shouted "free Palestine" as he attacked a march in Boulder Colorado on Sunday. Soliman was charged with first degree murder among other offenses, county jail records show, over the attack on a Boulder vigil for hostages held in Gaza.
