(Marion) — Nine Marion Lady Bulldogs were honored on the 27-3A All-District awards list for their play on the softball diamond during the 2025 season.

Infielders Gianna Ricarte and Carlie Alvarado along with outfielder Lailah Hernandez made the all-district first team. The graduating senior Ricarte will play on the next level at McMurry University in Abilene next year.

Landing on the all-district second team were pitcher Alizayah Bernal, infielder Cambry Dojahn and outfielders Ellie Parker and Maggie Luna. Freshman shortstop Madison Peavler was named the District Newcomer of the Year. And infielder Alyson Robles earned a spot on the honorable mention list.

Earning academic all-district honors were Robles, Peavler, Alvarado, Hernandez, Luna, Bernal, Parker, Dojahn, Kylee Aguilar, Brianna
