Sheriff’s detectives were searching Monday for a 61-year-old man who went missing from Castaic.

Espiridion Philip (“Speedy”) Camez was last seen at 12:30 p.m. Sunday on the 32000 block of Castaic Lake Drive, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Camez is Hispanic, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 210 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes, wearing a black tank top, blue shorts and white water shoes.

Anyone with information that might help locate Camez was asked to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Detail at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
