Gary Mahn, founder of Fisher’s Technology and a Boise community leader, died on May 24, 2025, at the age of 81 years old.
Born in 1943, Mahn became an entrepreneurial and visionary leader for Boise, having pioneered the tech sector in the Treasure Valley. Along with Kevin Learned, Mahn founded Learned-Mahn in the late 1970s, one of Idaho’s first software companies that focused on finance and health care.
