Two industrial parcels in Tacoma traded hands, showing that investors continue to be attracted to the region. According to Pierce County public records, an entity affiliated with Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region purchased the sites for $41 million, or approximately $134 per square foot. An entity affiliated with CenterPoint Properties was the seller.
Located at 3120 and 3102 S Pine St., the properties include two parcels developed with industrial structures. At 3102 S Pine, the building spans 194,857 square feet with 2,500 square feet of office space, according to CenterPoint’s website.
