Caltrans will perform maintenance work on Highway 1 in the area of the Santa Ynez River Bridge near Lompoc beginning Tuesday, June 3 until Friday June 6.

This roadwork will result in the daily closure of the northbound left lane on Hwy. 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Delays should not exceed 5 minutes, Caltrans officials reported.

This roadwork, performed by the Caltrans Maintenance team in Buellton, is for the purpose of installing safety fencing near and around the Santa Ynez River Bridge.

Caltrans requests that motorists drive carefully in work zones.
