RED BLUFF, Calif. - A man was sentenced to 16 months in state prison by the Tehama County Superior Court.
The Tehama County District Attorney's Office says that Daughsin Croff was handed down a sentence of 16 months in prison in connection to a high speed pursuit with the Red Bluff Police Department.
Authorities say that Croff was riding his motorcycle erratically when officers from the Red Bluff Police Department attempted to conduct a traffic stop.
According to the Tehama County District Attorney's Office, Croff failed to yield to officers and took off, leading officers on a high speed pursuit with speeds in excess of 120 miles per hour.
The pursuit traveled along Main Street, onto Interstate 5, and then off of Interstate 5.
