LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A Lancaster County man was charged Monday after he allegedly cut a dog's leg off, and never sought to get the animal proper treatment, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office.
John Stoltzfus, 45, of Colerain Township, said the dog was "happy and doing fine," however, it was suffering from a medical complication due to an infected wound, the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office stated.
