The suspect in the attack in Boulder, Colorado made his first appearance in front of a judge on Monday, the bond set at $10 million. Federal officials have charged 45-year-old Mohamed Sabry Soliman with a hate crime. Soliman also faces state charges of first-degree murder, crimes against at-risk adults/elderly, assault, criminal attempt to commit class one and class two felonies and use of explosives or incendiary devices during a felony.
